Group Photo Walks

Photo walks invited community members to visit working farms and explore the landscape of the Sacramento Valley, creating art on otherwise inaccessible land. Teaching Fellows recruited from recent graduates of Sacramento State’s Photography Program led participants in lessons tailored to the landscape and lighting conditions.

In the County offered auxiliary skill-building workshops in beginner and advanced digital editing techniques using Adobe Lightroom, as well as instruction and supplies for new analog photographers to try their hand in the darkroom.
