Berryessa Snow Mountain National Monument: A Naturalist’s Guide was a nature writing project funded by the Upstate California Creative Corps in 2023. It explored the plant and wildlife of California’s Inner Coastal Range, situated in Yolo, Lake, Glenn, Colusa, and Mendocino Counties. The project sought to connect the Berryessa Snow Mountain National Monument to larger issues relating to public lands, climate, and the conservation movement in the 21st century.
